Sensortek Technology Corp. was officially established on January 3, 2013.

Sensortek Technology Corp. was formerly the Innovative Sensing Division of Sitronix Technology Corp., which was established in June 2009. After three years of hard work led by Sitronix’s chairman Vincent Mao, and Sensortek’s chairman James Lee, Sensortek successfully developed the proximity sensor and ambient light sensor in 2011, followed by the development of the accelerometer in 2012. Currently, Sensortek has more than 40 clients. In consideration of the distinction in product lines with its parent company, Sitronix, Sensortek officially became an independent company with the name of Sitronix Technology Corp. on January 3, 2013.
